Shipping & Delivery:

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight, size, and total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Privacy:

We will not sell or share any information you provide us with, period.


Returns & Replacements:

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 21 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 21 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.

The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, in the first 21 days, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#) issued by Optics Direct.

Packages not bearing a RA# will not be accepted.

Manufacturing defects are covered by manufacturers warranties, and will be repaired or exchanged for similar merchandise.

If you are not sure – Open The package carefully. Do not tear packing material. You have 3 weeks from the date of shipment to return the merchandise. After 21 days we will not accept returns. Returns and refunds are subject to a restocking charge. If the merchandise is damaged, the customer will be charged the cost to return it to sale-able condition.
Swim Goggles are not returnable for credit. If they are defective they will be repaired or replaced.

It is the customer’s responsibility to Insure all returns. We do not pay freight on returns, or outbound merchandise. For returns / exchanges, please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders may be placed on line, via fax, email, mail, or by telephone.


Payment & Pricing:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Personal and Business checks may be subject to a 7 day hold. Prices are subject to change without notice.  If we discover a  price error on your order, we will contact you prior to processing and shipping of your order.
